Due to software maintenance, the BTU online payment system, account access options and kiosks will be unavailable starting at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21. The system will become available again on Monday, Feb. 24.
The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), grid operator for most of Texas, is asking electric consumers to reduce electric use from 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb.6 through noon on Friday, Feb. 7, due to the extreme cold weather.
