Application for New Service(s)
In order to establish your new utility service(s), we must obtain some
information about you. Please enter the requested information below,
sign, print and fax to 979-821-5781
along with a copy of your drivers license. Please provide us with a
day time contact phone number in order for us to contact you with the
service order number and to submit your payment for deposit of
$145.00 or $160.00. We know you have a busy schedule and if it's
more convenient please contact BTU Customer Service at 979-821-5700
to submit your payment over the phone once you receive
confirmation that your fax was successful. Business days are
Monday through Friday, business hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:00PM.
