NORBA Requirements:
All Pro, Semi-Pro and Expert racers are required to hold a valid NORBA annual license
($60). Non-NORBA licensed racers in all other categories will pay an additional
$5 to race in the Spring Series races- the fee will be paid at the race site. Annual
licenses can be purchased at the race site. Racers need their NORBA license &
legal ID for registration. The Non-NORBA $5 fee will be waived for all Juniors 12
& U w/out an annual license.
