Monday Night Duathlon at Lake Bryan

Information regarding the Monday night Duathlon out at Lake Bryan - this group is meeting every other Monday @ 6:30pm and the results will be recorded and posted below. We will meet at Lake Bryan in the Boat Ramp Parking Lot.

The distance and order of the event is a 3.1 mile run on the West Levy followed by an 11.75 mile ride on the roads around Lake Bryan. If you are not aware of the road course it goes like this - Exit the Park and take a right on Sandy Point, take your first right onto Rye School Rd, then the first right onto OSR, then the first right on to Mumford Rd, you'll take Mumford all the way to FM 2818 where you'll then take a right, followed shortly by a right back on to Sandy Point Rd then in 3 miles you'll be back at the park entrance.
