Bryan, Texas – Bryan Texas Utilities has entered into agreements to sell all renewable energy credits (RECs) generated by the Bryan Solar Park during 2015 and 2016 to third parties. Each REC represents the environmental benefits resulting from the generation of one (1) megawatt hour of electricity by the Bryan Solar Park. Renewable energy will continue to be produced for the life of this solar plant and any future RECs generated after 2016 are not part of the current sale agreement.
