In order to connect or disconnect your service(s), we must obtain some information about you.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
BTU cannot guarantee that your service will be connected or disconnected on your requested date, but we make every attempt possible to complete the disconnection on the desired date.
