New Residential Service
In order to establish your new utility service(s), we must obtain some information about you. There are three ways to establish new service:
1. ONLINE ELECTRIC SERVICE AGREEMENT

2. PRINTABLE PDF ELECTRIC SERVICE AGREEMENT

If you choose the PDF option, please be sure to fill out the PDF completely, print it, sign it and then fax it to 979-821-5781 or email it to ContactBTU@btutilities.com along with a copy of your driver’s license, lease or proof of ownership. Please provide us with a day time contact phone number in order for us to contact you with the service order number and to submit your payment for deposit of $145.00 or $180.00.
We know you have a busy schedule so if it is more convenient you can contact BTU Customer Service at 979-821-5700 to submit your deposit payment over the phone.
3. VISIT US IN PERSON:
You can always establish residential service by visiting us in our lobby, located at 205 E. 28th St., Bryan, TX 77803.
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If a response is not received by the end of the business day, please call BTU Customer Service at (979) 821-5700.
* NOTE: IF SERVICES ARE REQUIRED SAME DAY, THIS APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE 4:00 p.m.
