Transferring services from one location to another requires a Disconnection of Existing Service request (for your current location) and an application for New Service at your new location.
If you need to maintain services at both locations during your move, BTU allows up to two weeks of overlap between the new location connect date and the old location disconnect date. Please note that problems with your current account such as a past-due balance or an invalid deposit must be resolved before your request can be processed.
In order to transfer your service(s), we must obtain some information about you.

BTU cannot guarantee that your service will be transferred on your requested date, but we make every attempt to complete the transfer on the desired date.
