Transferring services from one location to another requires the Disconnection of Existing Service (your current location) and the Address to be Connected (your new location) sections to be completed so we can update our records. If you need to maintain services at both locations during your move, BTU allows up to two weeks of overlap between the new location's connect date and the old location's disconnect date. Note that problems with your current account such as a past-due balance or an invalid deposit must be resolved before your request can be processed.
