Some organizations assist customers by pledging funds to accounts. They require access to confidential account information. Customers seeking assistance from pledge organizations must complete the form below.

Budget Billing

Take the guesswork out of your energy bills with Budget Billing. This convenient program helps you budget for household expenses and avoid the highs and lows of the usual utility bill. BTU will average the previous 12 months of bills, and will set a fixed payment amount for the next 12 months. Payments will be deducted automatically from your preferred bank account.

Budget Billing Eligibility

Customers are eligible if they:

Have satisfactory credit history with BTU.
Have been a customer at the same location for at least 1 year.
