BTU crews can be easily identified to ensure that the person you are seeing or speaking to is an employee of the utility. Here are a few things that you should know so you can ensure you are dealing with a member of the BTU team.
BTU offices will be closed on Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan.1 in observance of Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Any start/stop service requests for these days will be processed when the offices reopen on Monday, Dec. 28, and Monday, Jan.4
