Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU) has contracted with Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. to perform inspections and preservative treatment of wooden electric distribution utility poles. This program is part of an effort by BTU to identify utility poles that may need preventative maintenance or replacement as part of BTU’s overall preventative maintenance program.
The project is scheduled to begin on Monday, November 7, 2016, and is anticipated to be completed by the end of April 2017. Area residents may notice Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. vehicles and personnel in the area throughout the six-month project period.
