Customers will be able to take care of business as usual with BTU on Friday, April 10, 2020.
BTU office staff will be available by phone or email and the drive thru will also be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Our remote options are available as always.
Kiosks will be open for customers needing to pay their bill according to the following locations and times (cash, check or credit or debit card):
- HEB (Texas Ave & Hwy 21): 6 a.m. – 11 p.m.
- HEB (Texas Ave & Villa Maria): 6 a.m. – Midnight
- BTU office automated drive-through (205 E. 28th St.): Open 24 hours
