Bryan Texas Utilities offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 16 in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
Any start/stop service requests for these days will be processed when the offices reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
In addition, the BTU main office and payment drive-thru will be closed on Friday, Jan. 13, beginning at 1:30 p.m. for software system maintenance.
All payment methods, including online customer accounts, kiosks, and the interactive voice response (IVR) phone system, will be unavailable until the afternoon of Monday, Jan. 16.
Customers will be able to make payments in-person at BTU’s main location during normal operating hours beginning Tuesday, Jan. 17.
