Bryan Texas Utilities offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Any start/stop service requests for these days will be processed when the offices reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 21.

Kiosks will be open for customers needing to pay their bill according to the following locations and times (cash or check only):
- HEB (Texas Ave & Hwy 21): 6 a.m. – 11 p.m.
- HEB (Texas Ave & Villa Maria): 6 a.m. – Midnight
- BTU office automated drive-through (205 E. 28th St.): Open 24 hours
