Bryan Texas Utilities offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29 in observance of Thanksgiving.
Any start/stop service requests for these days will be processed when the offices reopen on Monday, Dec. 2.

Kiosks will be open for customers needing to pay their bill according to the following locations and times (cash or check only):
- Texan Market (Harvey Mitchell Pkwy & Villa Maria): Open 24 hours
- HEB (Texas Ave & Hwy 21): 6 a.m. – 11 p.m.
- HEB (Texas Ave & Villa Maria): 6 a.m. – Midnight
