Contractors to Begin Assessment of BTU Electric Facilities
Bryan, Texas—Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU) has contracted with Binkley & Barfield Consulting Engineers to begin gathering design information for a project along South College Avenue. The project’s boundaries are just north of Villa Maria Road to Inlow Boulevard, and will also include some of the side streets.
Staff from Binkley & Barfield will be in the area beginning next week, and may require access to some properties in order to complete their assessment of the meters, service sizes, and other needed information for the project. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work should be completed within the next 4-5 weeks.
All contractor vehicles will have BTU signage identifying them as a BTU contractor. Binkley and Barfield employees will wear BTU logoed ball caps to further help identify them as a BTU contractor. They will also have business cards displaying the Binkley & Barfield logo.
