Charah® Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of environmental and maintenance services to the power generation industry, today announced that it is negotiating an Asset Purchase Agreement with the Texas Municipal Power Agency (TMPA) to acquire, remediate and redevelop the Gibbons Creek Steam Electric Station and Reservoir.
Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU), through the assistance of a contractor, will be conducting an aerial inspection of various elements of the BTU power system on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020 through Friday, Sept. 18, 2020.
